Shawn Driscoll is one of the newest additions to the Success Connections team who brings great strengths from her Corporate background. Shawn is one of the resources for the ULTIMATE Wealth and Success Circle and will be one of the trainers for the Virtual Team Building Secrets.
Shawn brings to us 11 years in Corporate America. As a Human Resources Manager she advised, coached and supported executives, managers and their teams to higher performance.

Therese Skelly is one of the Success Connections Results Coaches. Therese runs the Business Accelerator groups and is one of the coaching resources you get as an ULTIMATE Wealth & Success Circle member.
Therese is an expert at helping people grow their businesses from “The Inside Out” which means that she helps them get past their stuck points, create an identity of a business owner, and find ways to allow their businesses to serve their lives.

Linda Kent has a huge role to fill for Success Connections. In addition to handling the operational end of the business, she is the voice you hear on the phone once you receive a Success Connections product in your mailbox! One of the roles she loves best is connecting with our new clients, making sure people’s needs are met and strategizing with Melanie and the team on how to deliver amazing, top-quality programs to your door.
Linda has a history of office management in large corporations and government, with an emphasis on interpersonal excellence in both very large and
small offices.
Ann Pope
Personal Assistant
Ann Pope is Melanie’s right hand. Ann’s job is to handle the onslaught of emails and phone calls, making sure that people get directed to the right place. She also handles the coordination of incoming coaching program clients, speaking and teleclass opportunities and managing the ever-changing calendar of our President and Chief Coach, Melanie Benson Strick.
Ann is a Virtual Assistant that has many years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the “corporate world” assisting upper level management. She has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and the dream of owning her own business.
Caleb Scoville
Audio Manager
Caleb Scoville is a young Entrepreneur with a background in Interactive Media Design and Audio Engineering. He oversees all audio and video production for Success Connections, Inc. Caleb is the son of two entrepreneurs, so individual responsibility and living life to one's full potential were valued very early on in his development.
Caleb came to Success Connections from his mother, Tracy Monteforte, a client of Success Connections. (Talk about great connections being made!)
Amber Miller
Online Technology Manager and Virtual Team Administrator
Amber Miller is the one who ensures that all of our marketing campaigns, web-based technology and online presence are managed. She also functions as the project manager and technical support for one of our signature online coaching programs, the Virtual Team Building Bootcamp.
Amber is an Online Business Manager and Virtual Assistant who loves running her own Virtual Assistant Team now for over three years.
